Uungu Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates this client relationship, billing and support platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, and how it's protected, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and general international data-protection practice.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep financial records (invoices, payments, quotations) for as long as required by South African tax law. Support tickets, messages, and portal accounts are kept for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case they're needed for a dispute or legal obligation.

Access to this system is protected by authentication, passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), and connections are encrypted in transit. Only authorised staff can access client data, on a need-to-know basis.
This platform uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no tracking or advertising data and is removed when you log out.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or in the law. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
